How to see your Instagram insights in LUME Hub's Cockpit Social

Updated

Quick answer

To see your Instagram insights in LUME Hub, open Presence → Cockpit Social. The top shows followers, posts and the performance window, with views, likes, comments and average engagement for your latest posts. Choose how many posts to analyze (8 to 48), compare with the previous window, and use the gallery to find your best posts.

Cockpit Social is the Presence app screen that shows how your Instagram is doing without ads: followers, post reach, what got the most response and a score from 0 to 100. The numbers come straight from Instagram when the account is connected through the official login. If you haven't connected yet, follow how to connect Instagram to LUME Hub.

Cockpit Social currently shows its labels in Portuguese, even with the app in English. Below, each label is quoted as it appears, followed by its meaning.

Step by step

  1. In LUME Hub, open the Presence app and click Cockpit Social.
  2. Check the status at the top: "Atualizado em" (Updated on) with the date of the last read. If it says "Aguardando primeira leitura" (Waiting for the first read), give it a moment; to pull now, click "Atualizar" (Refresh).
  3. Read your profile numbers: Seguidores (Followers), Posts and Seguindo (Following).
  4. In the "JANELA DE PERFORMANCE" (Performance window) block, check "Views (soma)" (total views), "Likes", "Comentários" (Comments) and "Eng. médio" (average engagement) for the analyzed posts. Each card compares with the previous window.
  5. On the performance chart (titled "Últimos 12 posts", Last 12 posts, with your window size), choose how many posts to include: 8, 12, 24, 36 or 48. The default is 12.
  6. Scroll to "GALERIA DE PERFORMANCE" (Performance gallery) and filter by "Recentes" (Recent), "Maior alcance" (Highest reach), "Engajamento" (Engagement) or "Reels/Vídeos". The top three posts are highlighted.
  7. For a full review, open the "Análise com IA" (AI analysis) tab and click "Pedir análise" (Request analysis).

What each part of the screen tells you

SectionWhat it answers
Performance windowHow your latest posts did in total, against the previous window
Performance galleryWhich posts did best, with type, date, views, likes and comments
Leitura Lume (LUME reading)Your response ranking, the highest-reach post and the recurring theme
Score Social LUMEA score built from Base, Response, Consistency and Recency

The Score Social LUME rates the account as "Forte" (Strong), "Consistente" (Consistent), "Em construção" (Building) or "Acelerar" (Speed up), and shows the trend, such as "Tração em alta" (Gaining traction) or "Queda de resposta" (Response dropping). If your plan includes the Brand briefing, you also see a Contexto (Context) part. Below it, "Próxima ação" (Next action) suggests your next piece of content, and "Copiar resumo" (Copy summary) copies the reading so you can paste it anywhere.

The AI review of your Instagram

In the "Análise com IA" tab, the LUME team reads your posts and insights, listens to the opening of your Reels and returns what worked and what didn't, your hooks, your bio and video ideas. The request moves through reading the account, the team queue, analyzing and ready. The result includes a score out of 10, video ideas (each with a button to send it to your planning) and a "Baixar PDF" (Download PDF) button. You can request one review per week.

When the numbers don't show up

  • "Sincronização precisa de atenção" (Sync needs attention): the last read failed. Click "Atualizar"; if it keeps happening, reconnect Instagram.
  • "Posts ainda não sincronizados" (Posts not synced yet): the first read hasn't finished.
  • Views only appear when Instagram reports that number for the post.

To explore the other screens, see the Presence app guide.

Frequently asked questions

How often do the insights update?

Cockpit Social re-reads the account on its own once a day. If you want fresh numbers now, click “Atualizar” (Refresh) at the top of the screen.

Can I see Instagram insights beyond 90 days?

Cockpit Social doesn't work by date range but by your latest posts: you choose to analyze 8, 12, 24, 36 or 48 posts. How far back that goes depends on how often you post.

How many AI reviews can I request?

One per week. When a review is ready, the screen shows when the next one unlocks. The review reads your 30 most recent posts and listens to the opening of up to 8 Reels.

Which plan includes Cockpit Social?

Cockpit Social is included in the Growth and Complete plans. On other plans, the screen shows a lock and a button to see plans.
