How to connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to LUME Hub

In the Presence app, LUME Hub brings together Google's two sources about your website: Search Console, which shows how people find you in search, and Google Analytics 4, which shows what they do once they arrive. In the menu, Search Console appears as Google Orgânico (Google Organic) and GA4 as Analytics. Each one connects on its own screen, with your Google account.

These screens currently show their labels in Portuguese, even with the app in English. Each label is quoted as it appears, followed by its meaning.

What you need

• A Google account with access to the GA4 property and to the site in Search Console.
• The site verified in Search Console: unverified sites don't appear in the list.
• A plan with these screens: Google Organic and Analytics are part of the Growth and Complete plans.

Step by step

1. In LUME Hub, open the Presence app and click Analytics (for GA4) or Google Orgânico (for Search Console).
2. On the empty dashboard, click "Conectar com Google" (Connect with Google). The note says LUME Hub only reads the numbers and you can disconnect whenever you want.
3. On Google's screen, choose the account and leave the product permission checked.
4. Back in LUME Hub, the "Escolher propriedade" (Choose property) window opens for Analytics, or "Escolher sites" (Choose sites) for Search Console. In Search Console, each site shows whether it's "Domínio inteiro" (Domain property) or "Só este endereço" (URL-prefix property).
5. Check what should appear and click "Salvar" (Save). LUME Hub shows "Buscando os números…" (Fetching the numbers) and runs the first read.
6. Repeat on the other screen to connect the second product. If it's the same Google account, Google only asks for the new permission.

What you'll see

In Google Orgânico, the "Buscas para subir" (Searches to climb) section points to searches where you already appear and what to do to rank higher, while "O que as pessoas pesquisaram" (What people searched) and "Quais páginas receberam" (Which pages got traffic) show queries and pages.

In Analytics, the "Agora no site" (On the site now) card shows who's on your site in the last 30 minutes, and "De onde vem a visita" (Where visits come from), "O que as pessoas fizeram" (What people did) and "Páginas mais vistas" (Most viewed pages) cover the rest. The "Buscar agora" (Fetch now) button pulls numbers right away.

If something goes wrong

• "A conta Google conectada não tem acesso a esta propriedade." (The connected account has no access to this property): sign in with an account that has GA4 access.
• "O Google não achou esta propriedade. Use o ID numérico (não o G-XXXXXXX)." (Google couldn't find this property; use the numeric ID): check the number.
• Empty list: the account has no sites or properties. Connect the right account.
