Do I need a professional account?

Yes. Instagram's official API requires a professional account (Creator or Business). To reply to DMs, also turn on “Allow access to messages” in Instagram's message settings.

Does Instagram limit automated replies?

Instagram only lets you DM people who interacted with you in the last 24 hours — that's why the automations reply instantly, within that window.

Can I message people who have never contacted me?

No. The automations only reply to people who commented or messaged you, as Meta's official API requires. Blasting people who haven't interacted is spam and puts your account at risk.

Will the AI answer anything?

No. It only steps in when no rule applies, follows the instructions you write, and has a daily reply limit.

Is there a contact limit or a per-message charge?

There's no charge per contact or per message: the plan has a fixed monthly price in Brazilian reais (BRL).
