How we protect your account, your connections and your data
You connect important accounts to LUME Hub — Instagram, ads, Google. So we explain, with no fine print, how each one is handled.
Each platform's official login
Instagram, Meta and Google are connected through each platform's own login screen. You never type the password for those accounts into LUME Hub.
Only the access needed
Search Console and Google Analytics are connected in read-only mode. For ads, the dashboard only reads metrics — creating, pausing and editing campaigns still happens on the platforms.
Access keys stored separately
Access tokens for connected accounts live in separate tables, out of reach of the interface, and are used only by the processes that sync the data. Google's are encrypted (AES-256), with the key kept outside the database.
Each account sees only its own data
Access rules live in the database itself: one account can't read another's data, even if someone tries through the interface.
Disconnect whenever you want
Any connected platform can be disconnected from the dashboard. When the platform allows it, access is also revoked on the platform's side.
Payments through Mercado Pago
Card details are entered in Mercado Pago's form. LUME Hub never receives or stores card numbers.
Team permissions and activity log
In agency accounts, each team member sees only the modules enabled for them, and changes are logged.
Secure connection
All traffic between your browser, LUME Hub and connected platforms is encrypted (HTTPS), and server access is restricted to the technical team, using cryptographic keys.
LGPD and your rights
We process personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. To access, correct or delete your data, email contato@wearelume.com.br.
