Do my clients see the LUME brand?
The dashboard and the login screen on your subdomain show your brand's name, logo and color. Our team sets up the subdomain when your plan is activated.
What happens if I go over my plan's client limit?
You can add extra clients for R$ 29/month each, or move up a plan.
Can I control what each person on my team can access?
Yes. Collaborators only see the modules and tools you select; Masters have full access, including the activity log.
Can I see my clients' data?
Yes. You open each client's dashboard and see what they see, without asking for screenshots or passwords.
