Terms of Service

The rules for using LUME Hub: what the platform delivers, how the free trial and plans work, what is expected of you and what happens when something goes wrong.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

What LUME Hub is

LUME Hub is a platform for running your business: it brings together content, sales, clients, prospecting, organization, finance, data and artificial intelligence in one place — and also the management of mentoring and consulting services for those who serve clients. It is offered as an online service, with no installation, by LUME — Hsx Assessoria e Consultoria LTDA, CNPJ 37.374.629/0001-01.

By using the Hub, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Account and access

Anyone 18 or older can create an account through the website, with a name, email and password. The modules enabled in your account come from the free trial or from the plan you subscribe to.

Some accounts are created by whoever administers them — LUME, or a mentor or agency that uses the Hub with its own clients. In those accounts, the administrator enables and revokes the modules, and the commercial terms are those agreed with that person or company.

Your credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for what happens in your account; if you suspect someone else has access to it, change your password and let us know.

Free trial

A new account created through the website gets a 7-day free trial of the Complete plan, no credit card required. The trial is one per person: it applies once per account and per email. To prevent abuse, we may limit the number of trials started from the same connection or within the same period; when that happens, the account is created normally and the trial can be started later, from the Hub itself.

When the trial ends, nothing is charged automatically. Paid modules are locked until you choose a plan, and your data remains stored — it reappears when you subscribe.

Acceptable use

By using the Hub, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity, or for activity that violates the rights of third parties.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is offensive, discriminatory or misleading.
  • Attempt to access another account's data, circumvent technical limits or exploit vulnerabilities instead of reporting them.
  • Automate access at a volume that could degrade the service for others.
  • Resell, sublicense or expose the platform to anyone who has not been authorized.

Found a security vulnerability? Email contato@wearelume.com.br before disclosing it anywhere. We truly appreciate it.

Your content stays yours

Everything you create or upload to the Hub remains yours. You grant us only the license necessary to host, process and display that content within the platform, for you and for those you have authorized to see it.

The software, the brand and the LUME method remain ours. Using the Hub does not transfer any of this to you.

Your clients and their data

If you use the Hub to manage your own clients, it is you who decide what data to record about them and how long to keep it. This means it is up to you to have a legal basis for that processing, to inform your clients and to respond to the requests they make about their own data. LUME acts as a processor in this scenario and acts on your instructions.

Third-party integrations

The Hub connects to third-party platforms — Google, Meta, LinkedIn and others — when you authorize it. Each connection does only what the corresponding feature needs:

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console: read-only, to bring your numbers into the reports. In ads, we do not create, edit or pause campaigns.
  • Instagram: reads the profile, posts and metrics; publishes the posts you schedule through the Hub; and reads the comments and direct messages the account receives, to show them in the Hub and for the automatic replies you set up, which respond according to the rules you define.
  • LinkedIn: publishes or schedules, on your personal profile, the posts you send through the Hub.
  • Google Business Profile: reads the business profile's metrics, search terms and reviews; replies to reviews, publishes updates and changes profile data only when you do so through the Hub.
  • YouTube: reads the channel, the videos and the YouTube Analytics numbers; uploads or schedules a video on your channel only when you do so through the Hub.

The YouTube integration uses the YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel and using this integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not control these platforms. If one of them changes a rule, limits a permission, removes a field or goes offline, the corresponding feature may stop working or change its behavior, and this does not constitute a breach of these Terms. We will let you know when it happens and adapt what we can.

Plans and payment

The Essential, Growth and Complete plans are monthly. They are charged to your credit card through Mercado Pago and renew every month until you cancel. The price is the one shown on the plans page at the time of purchase. Each plan unlocks the modules described on that page; those not included in your plan remain visible in the Hub, showing which plan unlocks them.

If a charge is not approved, Mercado Pago tries again. If payment remains outstanding, access to the paid modules may be suspended until it is settled.

Customers who subscribed to standalone products before the plans existed keep the terms they signed up for.

Changing plans

You can upgrade whenever you want: the change takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the time remaining until the next renewal. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period already paid; until then, you keep your current plan.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel whenever you want, on the Minha assinatura (My subscription) screen. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee: access continues until the end of the period already paid and no new charges are made.

Right of withdrawal (Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, CDC, Law No. 8,078/1990): if you cancel within 7 days after the first charge, we refund the full amount.

Once your plan ends, you can request an export of your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.

Agency plans and the Content Studio plan

The plans for mentors, consultancies and agencies and the Content Studio plan follow the terms stated at the time of purchase. Where there is a signed contract with LUME, it prevails over these Terms in case of any conflict regarding prices, deadlines and duration.

Availability

We work to keep the Hub up and running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. There may be scheduled maintenance, supplier outages and unexpected failures. When an interruption is planned and significant, we give advance notice.

Limitation of liability

The Hub is a management support tool. Decisions about your business, media spend, content and relationships with your clients are yours. We are not liable for lost profits, loss of opportunity or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Nothing here overrides the rights that Brazilian law grants to consumers.

Termination

You can stop using the Hub whenever you want by requesting deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or puts the platform or other users at risk, or for non-payment — with prior notice whenever it is possible to give it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes are announced through the platform's channels, and the date at the top of this page becomes the date of the version in force. Continuing to use the Hub after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the judicial district of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, are chosen to settle any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
