How to add an email signature and profile picture in LAWD Mail

Quick answer

To add a signature in LAWD Mail, click your photo at the top, choose “Configurações da conta” (Account settings), type it in “Assinatura” (Signature) and click “Salvar” (Save). It's added to the end of every email. On the same screen, click your photo to upload a new image up to 5 MB and change the name recipients see.

Where Settings are

Click your photo (or your initials) in the top corner of mail.lawd.me and choose "Configurações da conta" (Account settings). The page has two parts: "Perfil" (Profile), with photo, name and signature, and "Espaço e celular" (Storage and phone), with your storage use and the app password.

Step by step

Click your photo at the top and choose "Configurações da conta" (Account settings).
In "Seu nome" (Your name, shown to people who get your emails), type the name you want people to see.
In "Assinatura" (Signature, added automatically at the end of your emails), write your signature. Use one line per detail.
Click "Salvar" (Save). You'll see "Salvo." (Saved).
To change your photo, click the round picture (the "Trocar a foto" button, with a camera icon) and choose an image up to 5 MB.
You'll see "Foto atualizada." (Photo updated) and the new photo shows in the top bar and the account menu.

A professional email signature template

Skip long quotes and lots of links. Because the signature is plain text, it looks the same in any recipient's mail app.

Your photo applies to the whole account

The LAWD Mail photo is the same as your LUME Hub profile photo: change it here and it changes there, and vice versa. If you sign in with two emails, the page shows "Também entra com..." (Also signs in with...) and reminds you that password recovery goes to that other email. For other account details, see Account and billing.
