LUME Hub Console: a guide to the white-label client dashboard for agencies

Updated

Quick answer

The Console is the LUME Hub app for businesses that serve many clients under their own brand. You add clients, each with their own dashboard, invite your team with permissions, set your logo, color and web address, publish courses in your Play and sell through your own Mercado Pago account, with no commission.

The Console is the part of LUME Hub that turns your account into a multi-client operation: every client gets their own dashboard, your team signs in with permissions, and everything shows your brand. This guide covers who it's for, what each screen does and where to start.

Who is the Console for?

The Console is for agencies, coaches, consultants and video production companies that manage several clients inside LUME Hub. It comes with the agency plans, the Produtora plan and accounts where LUME turns on multi-access. If your account doesn't have it yet, the screens say "Fale com a LUME para ativar na sua conta" (talk to LUME to enable it on your account).

Only the account owner or a team member with the Master level sees the Console. Collaborators don't.

A note on screen names

Most Console screens are shown in Portuguese even when your app language is English. This article gives the label exactly as it appears, followed by a translation in parentheses, so you can find each button. The Sales screen (Vendas) is already translated.

How to open the Console

Two paths lead to the same screens:

  • the nine-dot button at the top, which opens your app list: pick Console;
  • the side menu, in the Gestão de clientes group (Client management). The name follows your vocabulary, for example "Gestão de alunos".

The Console screens

ScreenWhat it does
OverviewPortfolio numbers, shortcuts, your clients' access link and who needs attention
Meus clientes (My clients)The client list, with search, status filters and each client's record
Equipe e acessos (Team and access)Your team members, at the Master or Collaborator level
Perguntas do diagnóstico (Assessment questions)Your own version of the questionnaire clients answer
Marca e site (Brand and site)Name, logo, color, theme, favicon, vocabulary and your brand's home page
Meu Play (My Play)Your course area's name and link, and the shortcut to manage courses and students
SalesYour Mercado Pago account, products, sales and subscribers
Auditoria (Audit)A log of what your team did, by person, module, action and date

The brand screens (assessment questions, brand and site, My Play and Sales) appear when your plan includes white label. The portfolio screens (Overview, My clients, Team and access, Audit) appear when multi-access is on.

What the Overview shows

The Overview is the Console's front door. At the top you see active clients (against your plan's limit, when there is one), pending invitations, blocked clients, completed assessments and open tasks across the whole portfolio.

Below that is your clients' access link, the address you send clients so they can sign in. Then come two short lists:

  • Precisam de atenção (Need attention): clients who haven't accepted the invitation, who haven't signed in for 14 days or more, or who haven't started the assessment;
  • Últimos acessos (Latest sign-ins): the clients who signed in most recently.

How to get started

  1. Set up your brand in Marca e site: logo, color and theme. See how to white-label your dashboard.
  2. Ask LUME for your brand's address, either a LUME Hub subdomain or your own domain. See how to use a custom domain.
  3. Add your first client in Meus clientes. Step by step: how to add a client.
  4. Unlock each client's modules and follow them from their record: how to manage client access and modules.
  5. Bring in your team with the right permissions: how to invite team members.

Courses and sales under your brand

Meu Play is your brand's course area, at your brand's address under /play. Your clients and team sign in with the same login they use on the dashboard. See how to create an online course in LUME Play.

In Sales, you connect your brand's Mercado Pago account and sell one-off products, subscriptions and access to your Play. The money goes straight to you. See how to sell with Mercado Pago.

When something doesn't work

If a client can't sign in, start with client can't log in to your white-label dashboard. For the idea behind the Console, read what is white label software and what is a membership area.

What your clients use inside their dashboard, such as the content calendar, has its own section: see Content and Getting started.

Frequently asked questions

Who gets the Console in LUME Hub?

Accounts on an agency plan, the Produtora plan, or with multi-access turned on by LUME. Without it, the Console screens show a note asking you to contact LUME to enable it.

Do my clients see the LUME brand?

On your brand's address, the dashboard and the login page show the name, logo and color you set under Marca e site. The LUME Office, for example, is hidden from the menu on a white-label dashboard.

Can I see my clients' data?

Yes. The Abrir painel do cliente (Open client dashboard) action shows you their dashboard the way they see it. Clients can't see your account.

Can I call my clients students or mentees?

Yes. In Marca e site, under Vocabulário, you rename the list, the create button and the related texts. The menu then shows the name you picked.

Does the Console take a cut of my sales?

No. Brand sales use your own Mercado Pago account and the money goes straight into it, with no LUME commission.
