How to manage client access and modules in the LUME Hub Console

Updated

Quick answer

In Meus clientes (My clients), click the client's row to open their record. The Módulos (Modules) tab turns on and off what they see, within what your plan resells. At the top you'll find Open client dashboard, Send access link, Copy link and Block. The other tabs cover profile, assessment, deliverables, tasks and content.

The client record is where you manage each person in your portfolio: what they can access, how they sign in and how their work is going. It opens when you click the client's row in Meus clientes (My clients).

The Console shows these labels in Portuguese; each one appears below exactly as on screen, with a translation.

What's on the client record

At the top you see the name, status, last sign-in, how long they've been in your portfolio, how many modules are unlocked and the assessment status. Next to them are the buttons:

ButtonWhat it does
Abrir painel do cliente (Open client dashboard)Switches your screen to their dashboard and data
Enviar link de acesso (Send access link)Emails the client a link to create their password
Copiar link (Copy link)Copies the access link to your brand's dashboard
Bloquear / Reativar (Block / Reactivate)Suspends or restores their login without deleting anything

Below are the tabs: Visão geral (Overview), Perfil (Profile), Módulos (Modules), Diagnóstico (Assessment), Priorização (Prioritization), Entregáveis (Deliverables), Tarefas (Tasks) and Conteúdo (Content).

Step by step to unlock modules

  1. In the Console, open Meus clientes and click the client's row.
  2. Click the Módulos tab.
  3. Turn on the switch for each module the client should see. To change everything at once, use Liberar todos (Unlock all) or Desativar todos (Turn all off).
  4. Go back to the list: the Módulos column shows the new count.

Only the modules your plan lets you pass on appear. If your plan doesn't resell modules, the tab says LUME unlocks the client's modules.

Profile and access

The Perfil tab holds the client's details (contact person, company, phone, industry, size, monthly revenue and headcount), saved with Salvar dados (Save details). There you can also change the sign-in email, set a new password, pick the Vertente (the dashboard type that drives the assessment and vocabulary) and block or reactivate access.

Before blocking, the system asks you to confirm: the client can't sign in until you reactivate them, nothing is deleted and, while blocked, their data leaves your supervision.

Assessment, prioritization, deliverables and content

  • Diagnóstico: the client's latest assessment and a reset option so they can fill it in again. With white label, the Editar perguntas (Edit questions) button opens your portfolio's questions.
  • Priorização: the prioritization matrix, scored by impact, urgency and ease, saved with Salvar Priorização.
  • Entregáveis and Tarefas: the client's materials and tasks, with the count in the tab name.
  • Conteúdo: the client's plan and calendar, with the option to generate them with AI.

To add more clients, see how to add a client. For the whole Console, go back to the Console guide. What clients do in their calendar is covered in Content.

Frequently asked questions

Does blocking a client delete their data?

No. The client just can't sign in until you reactivate them. While blocked, their data also leaves your supervision, and they stop counting toward your active-client limit.

Why does the Modules tab say my plan has no modules to pass on?

Because your plan doesn't resell modules. In that case LUME unlocks the client's modules, and the tab shows that notice instead of the switches.

Can I let a client retake the assessment?

Yes. On the record's Diagnóstico (Assessment) tab, the reset option allows a new attempt. You're asked to confirm first.

What does opening the client's dashboard do?

Abrir painel do cliente switches your screen to their data, so you see what they see. The option is turned off while the client is blocked.
