How to add a client to your agency dashboard in LUME Hub

Adding a client in the Console creates an account for that person, with their own dashboard and your brand on it. You can see what they produce; they can't see your account. It takes less than a minute.

These Console screens are shown in Portuguese, so each label below appears exactly as on screen, with a translation in parentheses.

What you need first

• The Console turned on for your account (agency plans, the Produtora plan, or multi-access enabled by LUME).
• The client's name and email. The email is their login.
• To be the account owner or a Master team member.

Step by step

1. Open the Console from the nine-dot button at the top and go to Meus clientes (My clients), or use the Novo cliente shortcut on the Overview.
2. Click Novo cliente (New client) in the top corner.
3. Fill in Nome (Name) and E-mail (é o login) (Email, used to sign in). The optional Empresa ou cargo (Company or role) field helps you find the client in search.
4. Under Como o cliente vai entrar (How the client signs in), pick Convite por e-mail (Email invitation: they get a link to create their own password) or Definir a senha agora (Set the password now: you create it, at least 8 characters, and repeat it in Repita a senha).
5. Click Cadastrar (Add).
6. On the Cadastro feito (Client added) screen, copy the Link de acesso (Access link) and send it to the client. Then click Liberar módulos (Unlock modules) or Gerenciar (Manage) to choose what they see, or Concluir (Done).

What happens after you add a client

The email invitation always goes out, even when you set the password, because it confirms the client's email. Until the client signs in for the first time, they show the Convite pendente (Invitation pending) status in the list and in the Overview's pending invitations count.

When you choose to set the password, it isn't shown again. If the account is created but the password fails, the screen tells you, and you can set it later under Gerenciar › Perfil (Manage › Profile) or let the client create one from the invitation.

How to tell whether the client signed in

In Meus clientes, each row shows the Status (Ativo, Convite pendente or Bloqueado: active, invitation pending or blocked), Último acesso (last sign-in), how many Módulos (modules) they have and where their Diagnóstico (assessment) stands. Use the Todos, Ativos, Convite pendente and Bloqueados filters to find who needs a nudge.
