How to invite team members and set user permissions in LUME Hub
Updated
Quick answer
Open Equipe e acessos (Team and access) in the Console and click Novo membro (New member). Enter the name, email and level, Master or Collaborator, then click Criar acesso (Create access): the person gets an email invitation to set a password. For a Collaborator, click Permissões and check the modules and tools they may use.
With the Equipe e acessos (Team and access) screen, everyone on your team signs in to LUME Hub with their own account, and you decide exactly what each person sees. No shared passwords.
The screen is shown in Portuguese, so each label below appears as on screen, followed by a translation.
Before you start
- Multi-access must be on for your account. Without it, the screen says "Multiacesso não está liberado nesta conta" (multi-access isn't enabled on this account).
- Only the account owner and Master members can manage the team.
- Your plan's active-member limit shows at the top of the screen, in an "ativos" (active) counter.
The two levels
| Level | What they can access |
|---|---|
| Master | Everything the account has, plus the audit log and reports. Can also manage the team and see the Console |
| Colaborador (Collaborator) | Only the modules and tools you unlock |
Clients in your portfolio don't appear here: they live in Meus clientes (My clients) and don't take up team seats.
Step by step
- Open the Console from the nine-dot button and go to Equipe e acessos.
- Click Novo membro (New member).
- Fill in Nome (Name), E-mail and, if you like, Cargo (opcional) (Role, optional). Under Nível (Level), choose Colaborador or Master.
- Click Criar acesso (Create access). The person gets an email invitation to set their own password.
- If they're a Collaborator, click Permissões (Permissions) on their card.
- Check the modules they can use. When you check a module, its tools appear right below so you can fine-tune them one by one.
- Click Salvar permissões (Save permissions).
While a Collaborator has no modules, their card warns "Sem módulos liberados — defina as permissões" (no modules unlocked, set the permissions).
Managing your team day to day
Each member card has:
- the Ativo (Active) switch, to pause and restore access without deleting anything;
- the level picker, to switch between Collaborator and Master;
- the Senha (Password) button, which emails the person a password reset link;
- the trash icon, which removes access after you confirm.
See what your team did
The Console's Auditoria (Audit) screen logs everything your team did, by module, tool, person and time. Filter by Pessoa (Person), Módulo (Module), Ferramenta (Tool), Ação (Action) and the date range (De and Até, from and to), and open Ver detalhes (View details) on an entry to see the full record.
To give access to clients rather than your team, see how to add a client and how to manage client access and modules. The overview of every screen is in the Console guide.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Master and Collaborator?
A Master can access everything the account has, plus the audit log and reports, and can manage the team. A Collaborator only accesses the modules and tools you unlock.
Why is the New member button grayed out?
Your account has reached its active-member limit, shown in the counter next to the button. Deactivate someone who no longer needs access, or talk to LUME.
Can I remove someone without deleting them?
Yes. Turn off the Ativo (Active) switch on their card: access stops and you can turn it back on anytime. The trash icon removes access for good after you confirm.
Where can I see what each person did?
On the Console's Auditoria (Audit) screen, filtered by person, module, tool, action and date range. Each entry has a Ver detalhes (View details) button.
Who can manage the team?
Only the account owner and Master members. Everyone else sees a note saying only they can manage the team.
