Password reset email not received from LUME Hub? Here's what to check

Updated

Quick answer

If your LUME Hub password reset email didn't arrive, search for Reset your password in spam and Promotions, make sure you typed your account email, and wait a few minutes. If you used an @lawd.me address, the link goes to your sign-up email. Expired link? Request another with Send new link.

The email to create a new password usually arrives within seconds. When it doesn't show up, the cause is almost always one of these, from most to least common. The full reset flow is in how to reset your password.

The email went to spam or Promotions

Check your spam or junk folder and, in Gmail, the Promotions and Updates tabs. Search for the subject Reset your password (or Redefina sua senha if your account is in Portuguese) or the sender noreply@lumehub.me, shown as LUME - Hub. If you find it there, mark it as not spam so future emails land in your inbox.

You typed an email that isn't on the account

The link only goes to the email on your account. Check for typos and make sure you used the same address you signed up with. If you changed your email in My profile, the link goes to the new address once it's confirmed.

You typed your @lawd.me address

If you requested the reset with your @lawd.me address, the link goes to the email you used to create your LUME Hub account (your recovery email), not to your LAWD Mail inbox. The Email sent message always appears, whether or not the account exists, so nobody can find out which addresses are registered. There's also a limit of 3 requests per hour for the same address; beyond that, you'll see a message asking you to wait a bit and try again.

You requested it too many times

Too many requests in a short time pause sending for a few minutes, with the message "Too many attempts in a short time. Wait a few minutes and try again." Wait, request once, and use the most recent email.

The link expires quickly and works once. If it expired or was already used, the page says "This access link is invalid or has expired." On that same page, enter your email under Your email and click Send new link. Open the most recent email and finish right away. Use your account email here, not your @lawd.me address.

Your work email blocks automated messages

Some company email providers hold automated messages. Ask your IT team to allow the lumehub.me domain and try again.

Still nothing

If your account was created by an agency or team, ask your team's administrator for a new access link. Otherwise, email contato@wearelume.com.br. For other sign-in problems, see Can't sign in to LUME Hub.

Frequently asked questions

Who sends the password reset email?

LUME - Hub, from noreply@lumehub.me. In English, the subject is Reset your password and the button says Reset Password; in Portuguese, the subject is Redefina sua senha.

I requested the link several times. Which one do I use?

The most recent one. Links expire quickly, so open the latest email and finish the reset right away.

I typed my @lawd.me address and nothing arrived in LAWD Mail. Why?

Because the link goes to the email you used to create your LUME Hub account, your recovery email, not to your @lawd.me inbox. Check there.

The page says the link is invalid or expired. What do I do?

On the same page, enter your email under Your email and click Send new link. The new link arrives within seconds.
