How to sign in to LUME Hub with your email or your @lawd.me address

Quick answer
To sign in to LUME Hub, go to lumehub.me/login, enter your account email and password, and click Sign in. Your @lawd.me address also works in the email field, with the same password, because it's the same account. To sign out, open the account menu in the top-right corner and click Sair.
The LUME Hub sign-in page is at lumehub.me/login. You sign in with the email you used to create your account and your password, or with your @lawd.me address, which opens the same account.
Step by step
- Go to lumehub.me/login in your browser. If your access came from an agency or a white-label brand, open the brand's address instead; it has the same page with the brand's logo.
- In Email, enter your account email. If you've already created your @lawd.me address, you can use it here.
- In Password, enter your password. The eye icon next to it shows what you typed so you can double-check.
- Click Sign in. The button shows "Please wait…" while it checks your details.
- That's it: LUME Hub opens on Home. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? next to the Password field and follow how to reset your password.
Signing in with your @lawd.me address
Your @lawd.me email is part of the same LUME Hub account. When the Email field ends in @lawd.me, sign-in swaps that address for your account email and opens the same dashboard, with the same password. There's no separate password for @lawd.me. If you haven't created your address yet, sign in with your usual email; creating an @lawd.me address is covered in LAWD Mail.
How to sign out
Click your photo or initial in the top-right corner and choose Sair (Sign out). The account menu still shows Portuguese labels. Your session ends in this browser; other devices stay as they were. In the same menu, Atualizar o painel (Refresh dashboard) reloads LUME Hub on the latest version, which helps when a screen looks out of date.
Messages you may see when signing in
- Your session ended: your session was closed on the server. Sign in again to pick up where you left off.
- Your workspace now lives at this address: shown to white-label owners who signed in at lumehub.me. LUME Hub sends you to your brand's address; sign in there with the same email and password and bookmark the link.
- Couldn't sign in: the email or password doesn't match, there were too many attempts in a row, or your internet dropped. See the causes and fixes in Can't sign in to LUME Hub.

Can I sign in to LUME Hub with my @lawd.me email?
