Where to find your mentoring deliverables in LUME Hub
Updated
Quick answer
Your mentoring deliverables are in Management > Deliverables, a library of the documents, diagnoses and plans your mentor has released. Use the search field to find an item and click the open button to read it. The button only shows on materials with the released status; the others are still waiting on your mentor.
Deliverables is your mentoring library in LUME Hub: the place for the documents, diagnoses and plans your mentor prepares for you. Instead of digging for PDFs in email or WhatsApp, everything sits in one searchable list.
The menu is in English, but the labels inside this screen are still in Portuguese; below, each one appears in Portuguese with its meaning.
What deliverables are
In any project, a deliverable is a concrete result someone hands over: a report, a plan, a finished piece. In LUME mentoring, deliverables are the materials of your journey. The types that open right inside the Hub are:
- Panorama Geral (Overview): the big picture of your business.
- Diagnóstico Completo (Full diagnosis): the whole diagnosis in one document.
- Roadmap 90 Dias (90-day roadmap): the path for the next 90 days.
- Pillar plans: the plan for each pillar of your business, with the pillar's name on the tag.
Step by step
- Open the Management app from the app launcher and choose Deliverables.
- At the top, check the counts: Materiais (Materials, the total), Liberados (Released) and Aguardando (Waiting).
- To find an item, type in the "Buscar material…" (Search materials) field: it searches the title, type and pillar.
- Check the status tag on each material.
- On materials marked Liberado (Released), click "Abrir" (Open) to read.
- To go back to the list, use the arrow at the top of the deliverable's page.
What each status means
Each material's tag shows one of these statuses: Liberado (Released), Pendente (Pending), Em Andamento (In progress), Concluído (Completed) or Bloqueado (Locked).
| Status | Can you open it? | Counts as |
|---|---|---|
| Liberado (Released) | Yes, with the "Abrir" button | Released |
| Any other | Not yet | Waiting |
Only released materials show the "Abrir" button. The rest open once your mentor releases them.
When the list is empty
If the screen says "Nenhum material liberado ainda" (No material released yet), your mentor hasn't released anything to your account. As soon as documents, diagnoses or plans are released, they show up here. If the search finds nothing, you'll see a "no material with" message for that term: clear the field to see the whole library.
From deliverable to action
Plans turn into action items. The action items of your strategic plan show up on the Tasks screen, with pillar and points: see how to create and track tasks. Diagnosis, planning, roadmap and check-ins have their own help in the Mentoring section. For the rest of the app, read the Management app guide.
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no Open button on a deliverable?
Because it hasn't been released yet. The “Abrir” (Open) button only appears when the status is Liberado (Released). The rest count as waiting and open as soon as your mentor releases them.
The screen says no material has been released yet. Is something wrong?
No. That message shows until your mentor releases a document, diagnosis or plan to your account. Once they do, it appears in the list.
What is a deliverable?
A deliverable is a concrete output of a project: a document, a plan, a diagnosis. In LUME mentoring, they're the materials your mentor prepares for you, such as the overview, the full diagnosis and the roadmap.
