How to retake the tour and get help in LUME Hub

Updated

Quick answer

In LUME Hub, help lives in the Help (?) button at the top of the dashboard. From there you can retake or continue the tour, open the tutorial for the screen you're on, change your goal and turn automatic tutorials on or off. For questions about each app, use the Help Center at lumehub.me/en/help.

All in-dashboard help sits behind a single button: Help (?), at the top of the dashboard. This tutorial shows what it does and where to look when your question is bigger than a tour.

What's in the Help (?) button

Clicking the ? opens the Help menu with these options (some only appear when they apply):

  • LUME Hub tour, Continue the tour or Retake the LUME Hub tour: the walkthrough of the dashboard, covering apps, the launcher, search and Home.
  • Restart the tour from the beginning: appears when you stopped the tour halfway.
  • See this area's tutorial: the short tutorial for the screen you're on, when it has one.
  • Set my goal or Change my goal: opens the choice of recommended path.
  • Show "Start here" on Home: brings back the first-steps card if you closed it.
  • Show tutorials automatically: turns on or off the tutorials that open by themselves the first time you visit each screen.

Step by step

  1. Click the ? button at the top of the dashboard.
  2. To review the whole dashboard, click Retake the LUME Hub tour. Use Next and Back to move through the steps.
  3. To learn the screen you're on, click See this area's tutorial. On the last step, click Got it.
  4. To change the dashboard's focus, click Change my goal and pick another path.
  5. To stop halfway, click Skip tutorial, then Explore on my own. You can come back to the tour anytime from the same ? button.

Where to look when the tour isn't enough

If your dashboard shows another brand's name and logo, support comes from the team that runs your project.

When a screen seems stuck

Before asking for help, open the account menu (your photo, top-right corner) and click Atualizar o painel (Refresh the dashboard). It loads the latest version of LUME Hub. This menu still shows Portuguese labels in English mode. To find a screen that seems to be missing, use search, as shown in How to use the app launcher and search.

Frequently asked questions

Which screens have their own tutorial?

Right now, the Editorial calendar, CAPI AI, Social Selling, Prospector, Finance, Idea Bank and Meetings screens do. On those screens you'll see See this area's tutorial.

I skipped the tour by accident. Is it gone?

No. Open the Help (?) button and click LUME Hub tour or Continue the tour, which picks up from the step where you stopped.

Tutorials keep opening on their own. How do I turn them off?

In the Help (?) button, uncheck Show tutorials automatically. You can still open each tutorial whenever you want.

How do I contact LUME?

On the LUME Hub sign-in screen, the Contact LUME link opens an email to contato@wearelume.com.br. On dashboards branded by another company, support comes from the team that runs your project.
