What you see on the LUME Hub home page

Updated

Quick answer

The LUME Hub home page is the screen that opens when you sign in. It brings together what needs you across all your apps (posts to approve, overdue tasks, dropped connections, unanswered reviews), your numbers for the week, the screens you opened last and a shortcut to every app you have.

Home is the first screen you see in LUME Hub after signing in. The idea is simple: instead of opening app after app to see what changed, you get one page with what needs your attention today and how the week went.

What is the LUME Hub home page?

Home is a summary of your day across all your apps. It doesn't replace each app's screens: every item takes you to the right screen, where you handle it. The numbers and alerts depend on your plan and on the channels you've connected.

The parts of Home

Needs you. The list of things waiting on you, each with a button to handle it. It can include:

  • posts and videos waiting for your approval;
  • overdue tasks;
  • a connection that dropped or is about to expire, such as Instagram or Google;
  • a pending payment or a free trial that's about to end;
  • unanswered Google reviews.

When there's nothing, you'll see Nothing waiting for you right now.

Your week. Up to four numbers from the last 7 days: new leads, posts published, meetings in the next 7 days and money spent on ads. Only numbers from the apps your account has are shown.

Pick up where you left off. The last screens you opened on this device, one click away.

Your apps. The apps in your account, just like in the nine-dot launcher.

Some item text and buttons in these cards may still appear in Portuguese, since not every part of the dashboard has been translated yet.

Cards that only appear sometimes

  • Start here: the first five steps for a new account. It disappears when you finish or close it. See How to set up LUME Hub on your first visit.
  • Create your free @lawd.me email: the invitation to create your LAWD address, with a Create my @lawd.me button. The LAWD Mail section explains the email.
  • Your journey: a map of where you are and what each step unlocks.
  • Diagnostic: for mentoring clients, a prompt to start or continue the diagnostic. The Mentoring section covers it.

How to use Home day to day

Open LUME Hub and start with Needs you: work from top to bottom, because the most urgent alerts, like a dropped connection, come first. Then check your week and head to the app you'll work in, through the launcher or search, as shown in How to use the app launcher and search.

If a number you expected is missing, check that the channel is connected under Gerenciar minha conta (Manage my account), as explained in How to connect your social media accounts to LUME Hub. Each app also has its own home page with only what belongs to it.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't Home show any numbers?

Numbers only appear for apps in your plan that have data. Without Radar there are no new leads, for example, and without connected ads there's no ad spend.

How do I get back to Home?

Click Início (Home) in the nine-dot launcher or in the side menu of any app.

Can I hide the @lawd.me invitation?

Yes. Click the X on the card to close the invitation. It also disappears once you create your @lawd.me address.
