How to approve content or request changes as a client

If a production agency manages your content in LUME Hub, the Approvals screen is your place: it gathers everything that depends on you, the scripts to approve, the videos and the tasks assigned to you.

Step by step

1. Open the app launcher (the nine dots at the top), choose Content and click Approvals. From the app home page, the Approve shortcut in the Needs you card goes to the same place.
2. Under Roteiros para aprovar (scripts to approve), each card shows the format, publishing date, deadline, hook and script. If the agency attached a file, click Abrir roteiro em arquivo (open script file).
3. Read the post conversation: the agency's note shows there.
4. If everything looks right, click Aprovar roteiro (approve script). The Hub confirms the approval and says the agency can start shooting.
5. If something needs to change, click Pedir ajustes (request changes), describe what to change and click Enviar ajustes (send changes). The Hub confirms the request was sent.
6. When the agency resends the revised script, it comes back under scripts to approve.

What happens after I approve?

An approved script moves the post to waiting to record, and the agency gets a notification. If you requested changes, the post goes back to script pending and the agency gets your comment.

What else shows on the Approvals screen?

• Entregas de (this month's deliveries, with the month name): how much of the contracted package is already published and how much is in production, by format.
• Videos waiting for your approval: a banner with the count that links to Approve videos. The steps are in How to approve a video or request changes.
• Com você para fazer (on your plate): posts whose current step is with you. Click one to open the calendar.

When nothing is pending, the screen says nothing is waiting for you.

Why don't I see the Approvals screen?

The screen is part of the Editorial calendar, in the Essential plan and up, and it is built for agency clients. If you create your own content, there is no one to approve and the flow is not used.
