What is the LUME Hub Ads app? Meta Ads and Google Ads reporting in one dashboard

Updated

Quick answer

The LUME Hub Ads app brings your Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads numbers into one dashboard. The Overview totals both platforms and holds the AI analysis, and each platform has its own page with campaigns, creatives, hours and a diagnostic. LUME Hub only reads your ad data.

The Ads app is where LUME Hub shows how your paid traffic is doing: how much you spent, what came back and where the problem is. It combines Meta Ads (ads on Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Maps and YouTube) using the numbers from your own ad accounts, with no spreadsheets and no copy-pasted reports.

The Ads screens currently show their labels in Portuguese, so this guide quotes each label as it appears on screen, followed by its meaning in English.

Who the Ads app is for

It's for anyone who runs ads, or has an agency running them, and wants to follow the money without opening Ads Manager. The app is part of the Complete plan (the paid traffic module). On other plans, the menu items show a lock. To see or change your plan, go to Account and billing.

LUME Hub only reads your numbers. Nothing is created, paused or changed in your campaigns: that still happens in Meta Ads Manager and in Google Ads.

The three screens

In the menu, the Ads group has three items:

ScreenWhat it shows
Panorama ("Overview")All your ad spend on one screen: the total across both platforms, spend by day, where the money went and the Análise com IA ("AI analysis").
Meta AdsFacebook and Instagram: spend, creatives, hours and diagnostic.
Google AdsSearch, Maps and YouTube: spend, campaigns and diagnostic.

Meta and Google get separate pages because they measure different things with similar words. A "result" can be a started conversation on Meta and a phone call or a direction request on Google. The Overview keeps what both share: money and delivery.

What each platform page shows

The Meta Ads and Google Ads pages have the same tabs:

  • Visão geral ("Overview"): amount spent, the main result of the period (such as "Conversas iniciadas", conversations started, "Leads" or "Compras", purchases), cost per result, ROAS or cost per click, impressions, clicks, CTR and CPM, always compared with the previous period.
  • Campanhas ("Campaigns"): the campaign table, which expands into ad sets and ads, with filters and CSV export.
  • Criativos ("Creatives"): your video and image ads, the best ones and the ones wearing out.
  • Horário ("Hours"): when your ads deliver, hour by hour.
  • Diagnóstico ("Diagnostic"): automatic alerts, such as a campaign that is on but not delivering, or an account without a valid payment method.

The Creatives and Hours tabs disappear when the platform doesn't send that data. Google smart campaigns are one example: they only report at the campaign level. Each tab is explained in how to analyze ad performance, and the acronyms in what is ROAS, CPL, CTR and CPM.

How to get started

  1. Connect your accounts. You connect Google Ads yourself with your Google account: see how to connect Google Ads. Meta Ads is linked by the team in the admin area: see how to connect Meta Ads.
  2. Pick a date range. The buttons at the top work on all three screens: Hoje (today), Ontem (yesterday), 7, 14, 30 and 90 days, Mês atual (this month) and Mês passado (last month).
  3. Read the Overview, then open the platform that needs attention.
  4. Ask for the AI analysis when you want a written read with recommendations: see how to get AI insights on your ad results.

How the data updates

LUME Hub fetches your numbers once a day, automatically. Every sync reprocesses the last 28 days, because Meta and Google keep revising the numbers in that window. Next to the date range you'll see "atualizado" ("updated") with the date and time of the last sync; click it to sync right away. You need to wait 2 minutes between manual syncs.

When something is missing

If the dashboard is empty or shows a sync error, ad data not showing in LUME Hub lists the causes, from most to least common. For the organic side, with no ad spend, such as Instagram, Google Business Profile and Analytics, see the Presence section. Reports and business goals live in Results.

Frequently asked questions

Can LUME Hub create or pause my campaigns?

No. The Ads app only reads the numbers from the connected ad accounts. Creating, pausing or editing campaigns and changing budgets still happens in Meta Ads Manager and in Google Ads.

Which plan includes the Ads app?

The Complete plan. On other plans, the items in the Ads menu show a lock. Plans are covered in the Account and billing section.

How often does the data update?

Once a day, automatically. You can also ask for a sync right away with the button next to the date range, with at least 2 minutes between manual requests.

Can I see Meta Ads and Google Ads together?

Yes. The Overview adds up spend from both platforms and shows how much went to each one. The details live on the Meta Ads and Google Ads pages.
