How to get AI insights on your Facebook and Google ad results in LUME Hub

Updated

Quick answer

To get AI insights on your ads, open Ads → Overview, pick a date range and click “Gerar análise” (Generate analysis) in the AI analysis section. The AI reads your synced numbers, compares them with the previous period and returns a summary, strengths, warnings, prioritized recommendations and a plan for the next 7 days.

The AI analysis is a written read of your ads: what a media buyer would say looking at the same numbers. It lives on the Overview screen of the Ads app and uses the numbers already synced from your connected accounts. If your dashboard is still empty, start with the Ads app guide.

The Ads screens currently show their labels in Portuguese, so the labels below are quoted as they appear on screen, followed by their meaning in English.

Step by step

  1. In the menu, open Ads and click Panorama ("Overview").
  2. Pick a date range with the buttons at the top (today, yesterday, 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, this month or last month).
  3. Scroll down to the Análise com IA ("AI analysis") section. If there's no analysis for the period yet, it says "Ainda não há análise para este período." ("No analysis for this period yet").
  4. Click Gerar análise ("Generate analysis"). The button is disabled when the period has no data.
  5. Wait a few seconds. The analysis appears with a note saying when it was generated and for which dates.
  6. To refresh it after changing your campaigns, click Gerar de novo ("Generate again").

What the analysis includes

The AI reads the period's numbers, compares them with the previous period, looks at the day-by-day series and compares your campaigns with each other. The answer comes in blocks:

BlockWhat's in it
Summary (the top paragraph, no heading)How the period went, in a few lines.
Leitura dos números (Reading the numbers)What the numbers say, compared with the previous period.
Pontos fortes (Strengths)What's working.
Pontos de atenção (Watch-outs)What's spending without return, dropping or stalled.
Recomendações (Recommendations)What to do, each tagged with high, medium or low priority.
Próximos 7 dias (Next 7 days)The plan for the coming week.

The footer warns that the analysis was generated by AI from your synced numbers and that you should check before acting on budget.

Limits and error messages

  • Up to 10 analyses per day. After that: "Limite diário de análises atingido. Tente de novo amanhã." (daily limit reached, try again tomorrow).
  • Date range of up to 120 days. Beyond that: "O período máximo para análise é de 120 dias." (the maximum period is 120 days).
  • No numbers in the period: "Sem dados de anúncios neste período." (no ad data for this period). Change the period or run a sync.
  • AI busy: "A IA está sobrecarregada agora. Tente de novo em instantes." (the AI is overloaded, try again shortly).
  • AI credits used up: "Os créditos de IA do workspace acabaram." (the workspace ran out of AI credits). Let the team know.
  • Invalid or empty answer: try again.

AI analysis or Diagnostic?

They're different. The Diagnóstico (Diagnostic) tab, on the Meta Ads and Google Ads pages, uses fixed rules and flags objective problems, like a campaign with no delivery or an account without a payment method. The AI analysis pulls everything into one read with recommendations. To understand each tab and alert, see how to analyze ad performance. If the button stays disabled because there's no data, see ad data not showing in LUME Hub.

Frequently asked questions

How many analyses can I generate per day?

Up to 10 per day. After that you'll see “Limite diário de análises atingido. Tente de novo amanhã.” (daily limit reached, try again tomorrow). The latest analysis for each period stays on screen.

What's the longest date range I can analyze?

120 days. Every date range button in the app fits within that limit, from today up to 90 days, this month and last month.

Does the AI analysis show on the Meta Ads and Google Ads pages?

No. It lives only on the Overview and reads the numbers of every connected account for the period. Each platform page has the Diagnostic tab instead, with rule-based alerts.

Can I follow the recommendations without checking?

The footer itself says the analysis is AI-generated from your synced numbers, and that you should double-check before acting on budget. Treat it as a starting point, not an order.
