What is the LUME Hub Sales app and how does it work?
Updated
Quick answer
The LUME Hub Sales app brings together the tools to find, reach out to and close clients: Prospector finds businesses on Google Maps, RADAR runs social selling on Instagram and LinkedIn, the Chrome extension logs your activity, lead magnets capture leads through forms, and the pipeline shows which stage every contact is in.
The Sales app is the part of LUME Hub built to find, reach out to and close clients. It puts business search, social selling, lead capture forms and a pipeline that shows where every conversation stands in one place. This guide walks through each screen and points you to the right tutorial for each task.
Who the Sales app is for
The Sales app is for anyone who sells a service and needs a prospecting routine: agencies, consultants, law firms, clinics, production companies and local businesses. It works as a simple CRM: instead of a spreadsheet, every lead becomes a card with history, stage, owner and next action.
There are two ways in for a new client:
- Outbound prospecting from Google: Prospector brings in businesses from Google Maps with phone number, website and rating.
- Social selling: RADAR organizes the people you found on Instagram, LinkedIn or Threads and counts the interactions before the first message.
How to open the Sales app
Click the nine dots at the top of the Hub (the app launcher) and choose Sales. The app home shows what needs your attention, today's numbers and every screen your plan includes. The side menu then shows only the Sales screens.
The screens in the Sales app
| Menu item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | The RADAR summary: total leads, active, new today, follow-up, qualified, booked and the pipeline for the chosen period. |
| Social Selling | The pipeline for social leads, with the Funil, Direct and Interações tabs, the AI queue, the Playbook and the ICP sources. |
| Search | Prospector: searches Google for businesses by niche and city. |
| Pipeline | The Prospector pipeline, with stages you create, rename and reorder. |
| My leads | Every Prospector lead, filtered by online presence, status and city. |
| Lead magnets | Forms, quizzes and challenges that capture leads and add each response to the pipeline. |
| Meetings | The calendar of meetings with leads (it has its own help section). |
The remaining RADAR tools your plan includes sit at the end of the menu: LinkedIn Radar, Threads Radar, Round Table, Landing pages, Link-in-bio page, Prospecting map, Networking map and Lead base.
Prospector: Google Maps businesses in your pipeline
Prospector searches Google for "niche in city, state" and brings up to 10 new businesses per search. Each one arrives with address, phone, rating and an online-presence tag: Sem site (no website), Só rede social (social media only) or Tem site (has a website). Businesses land in the first stage of the Pipeline, and the card has buttons to open WhatsApp with a ready message, find the Instagram profile and look up the decision-maker on LinkedIn. Prospector searches businesses in Brazil.

RADAR and social selling: from follower to client
RADAR's social selling follows a method: a lead starts as Novo (new), gets up to 3 touches (follow, like, comment, story reaction) while Aquecendo (warming up), receives the first message in Abordado (reached out) and moves on to Em conversa (in conversation), Agendado (booked), Reunião feita (meeting held), Follow-up and Cliente (client). People who never reply go to Reciclagem (recycle); people outside your profile go to Desqualificado (disqualified).

The Chrome extension
The LUME Hub · Social Selling extension on the Chrome Web Store logs to the Hub what you do on Instagram and LinkedIn on your computer: likes, comments, stories, messages, follows and connection requests. If the person isn't in your pipeline yet, they become a new lead; if they are, the interaction adds to the same card. In Instagram DMs and LinkedIn messages it also suggests replies based on your Playbook.

- If something doesn't show up: Chrome extension not logging my activity.
Lead magnets: leads that come to you
A lead magnet is a public form at your own address, such as a diagnostic quiz, a Google profile audit of the visitor's business, a website brief or a downloadable resource. Everyone who fills it in enters the lead magnet's pipeline and also the social selling lead base, tagged "isca". See how to create a lead magnet to capture leads.
Where to start
- If you sell to local businesses, run your first search in Search and open the Pipeline.
- If you sell through social media, install the Chrome extension and add your first profiles in Social Selling.
- Build your Playbook with AI so suggestions follow the way you sell.
- Create a lead magnet and put the link in your bio so leads come in without you chasing them.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Prospector and RADAR?
Prospector finds businesses on Google Maps and manages WhatsApp outreach in its own pipeline. RADAR is social selling: leads from Instagram, LinkedIn and Threads, warmed up with interactions before the first message. A Prospector lead can be moved to RADAR with the send-to-lead-base button.
Why don't I see every screen in the Sales app?
Screens appear according to the modules in your plan. Prospector and RADAR are separate modules, and some RADAR tools, such as Round Table or Landing pages, may not be enabled on your account. Anything beyond eight screens goes under a collapsed section at the end of the menu.
Does the Sales app send messages on its own?
No. Prospector opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message for you to review and send. The Chrome extension only logs what you do and suggests replies; it never likes, connects or sends anything by itself.
Is the Sales app available in English?
The app name and menu are in English when your account language is English. The screens inside Prospector and RADAR are still shown in Portuguese, so this guide gives the on-screen Portuguese label with its English meaning.
