How to download a marketing report as a PDF, rewrite the analysis or delete it

In Results, open Results report and find the report under Relatórios gerados (Generated reports). The PDF button downloads the file, Abrir (Open) shows the full report with Baixar PDF (Download PDF) and an option to rewrite the analysis, and the trash icon deletes the report and its PDF. Your channel numbers stay saved, so you can regenerate it.
Every results report stays saved in LUME Hub after it's generated. From the same list you can download the PDF to send to a client or partner, open the interactive report, ask the AI to rewrite the analysis and delete reports you no longer need. It all lives in the Resultados (Results) app, on the Relatório de resultados (Results report) screen. These screens still show Portuguese even with English selected, so labels appear below in Portuguese with the English meaning in parentheses.
Step by step
- Open the app launcher (the nine dots at the top) and choose Resultados (Results).
- Click Relatório de resultados (Results report) and scroll down to Relatórios gerados (Generated reports).
- Find the report by its period and the date next to Gerado em (Generated on).
- To download the file, click PDF. The download starts right away.
- To see the full report, click Abrir (Open). There's also a Baixar PDF (Download PDF) button at the top.
- To get a new AI-written analysis, open the report and click Escrever a análise de novo (Write the analysis again) at the end of the analysis.
- To delete it, click the trash icon next to the report and confirm with Excluir (Delete).
What each report in the list shows
Each row shows the period, the title the analysis gave the report and the date it was generated. Depending on its status, you'll also see:
- While it's generating: the current step, such as "Lendo os números de cada canal…" (Reading each channel's numbers) or "A IA está escrevendo a análise…" (The AI is writing the analysis). The list refreshes on its own.
- With an error: the error message in red. That report has no Abrir (Open) button; see Marketing report failed or has no data.
- Revisado pela LUME (Reviewed by LUME): the LUME team reviewed the analysis text. The Revisar texto (Review text) button inside the report is only shown to the LUME team.
The PDF button only appears once the report is ready.
About the PDF
The PDF is created the first time someone clicks to download it, and then it stays stored. It carries the latest version of the analysis text. If the analysis is rewritten or reviewed, the next download is already up to date. Once created, the PDF also shows up in the Files app under the Relatórios (Reports) source (see the Files section). If the download fails, you'll see "Não foi possível baixar o PDF" (Couldn't download the PDF); try again in a moment.
Rewrite the analysis
Escrever a análise de novo (Write the analysis again) asks the AI for fresh text based on the same numbers. Use it when you want a different read of the period. The numbers don't change. Each request counts toward the daily report limit; when the limit is reached, the Hub tells you to try again the next day. If a report ended up without an analysis, a notice appears with the Escrever a análise (Write the analysis) button.
Delete a report
When you click the trash icon, the Hub asks Excluir este relatório? (Delete this report?) and explains that the report and its PDF are removed from the Hub, while your channel numbers stay saved. After Excluir (Delete), you'll see "Relatório excluído" (Report deleted). To get a report for that period back, generate it again as shown in How to create a marketing results report.
Frequently asked questions
Does deleting a report erase my channel data?
No. Only the report and its PDF are removed from the Hub. Your channel numbers stay saved, and you can generate a report for the same period again whenever you want.
Why don't I see the trash icon?
Only the account owner and the LUME team can delete reports, and never while a report is still being generated. Team members can view and download, but not delete.
What does the Revisado pela LUME badge mean?
It means the LUME team reviewed the analysis text of that report (Revisado pela LUME means Reviewed by LUME). A PDF downloaded after the review already includes the reviewed text.
Does rewriting the analysis change the numbers?
No. The period's numbers stay the same; the AI only writes the text again. Any earlier review by the team is cleared, and the next PDF includes the new text.
