How to create a marketing results report in LUME Hub
Updated
Quick answer
Open the Results app, go to Results report, pick a period under Novo relatório (New report) and click Gerar relatório (Generate report). In about a minute, LUME Hub pulls numbers from your connected channels, compares them with the previous period of the same length and delivers an AI-written analysis with an interactive page and a PDF.
The LUME Hub results report brings the numbers from every connected channel and an AI-written analysis into one place. It's the fastest way to put together a monthly marketing report without copying numbers from dashboard to dashboard. The screen lives in the Resultados (Results) app under Relatório de resultados (Results report), and it's part of the Complete plan (the free trial unlocks it too).
The report screens still show Portuguese even when your account is set to English, so the labels below appear in Portuguese with the English meaning in parentheses.
Before you start
The report only reads what's connected to the Hub. Check your connections before you create the first one:
- Google Meu Negócio (Google Business Profile): profile views and actions such as calls, directions and website clicks.
- Busca no Google (Google Search, via Search Console): how often your site showed up, clicks and average position.
- Site e Google Analytics (Website and Google Analytics): visits, where they came from, pages and cities.
- Anúncios (Ads): spend and results on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Instagram: what was posted and how your audience responded.
- LinkedIn: posts published through the Hub.
- Produção de conteúdo (Content production): what was planned, created and published in the Hub.
A channel that isn't connected is simply left out. Connections are covered in Presence and Ads.
Step by step
- Open the app launcher (the nine dots at the top) and choose Resultados (Results).
- Click Relatório de resultados (Results report).
- Under Novo relatório (New report), pick a period: Mês passado (Last month), Últimos 30 dias (Last 30 days), Últimos 90 dias (Last 90 days), Trimestre passado (Last quarter) or Escolher datas (Choose dates).
- If you chose custom dates, fill in De (From) and Até (To). The period must be at least 7 days long, at most one year, and end yesterday at the latest.
- Check the period shown under the buttons and click Gerar relatório (Generate report).
- Follow the Montando o seu relatório (Building your report) screen: first it reads each channel's numbers, then the AI writes the analysis, and finally it shows Relatório pronto (Report ready).
- Read the report on screen or click Baixar PDF (Download PDF) to share it.
What each period means
- Last month: the first through the last day of the previous calendar month.
- Last 30 days and Last 90 days: the days up to yesterday.
- Last quarter: the three months of the quarter before the current one.
- Choose dates: any range you set, within the rules above.
In every case, the report compares the period with the previous period of the same length. That comparison is what tells you whether each number went up or down.
What's in the report
The top shows the key numbers and the Canais analisados (Channels analyzed). Then come the Resumo do período (Period summary), the section O que vai bem e o que fazer agora (What's working and what to do now, with what's going well, what needs attention and prioritized recommendations), O plano para o próximo mês (Next month's plan) and the Panorama (Overview), with Cada canal num olhar (Every channel at a glance). Tap a channel to see its charts and tables. For what each part is for, see What to include in a marketing report.
You can leave the screen while the report is being built: it stays saved in Relatórios gerados (Generated reports). To download the PDF or remove a report, see How to download or delete a marketing report. If you get an error, see Marketing report failed or has no data.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the report take to be ready?
About a minute. You can leave the screen while it's being built: the report is saved in the list of generated reports, and the list refreshes on its own.
What period is my report compared against?
The previous period of the same length. A last-30-days report, for example, is compared with the 30 days right before it.
Can I create a report for the current month?
Not until the month is over. The period has to end yesterday at the latest, because today isn't finished yet. Use the last 30 days option to see what has already happened.
Can I generate two reports at the same time?
No. While one report is being generated, the button is locked and a message asks you to wait for the report in progress to finish.
