How to track your business progress in LUME Hub

Updated

Quick answer

Open the Results app and click Progress. The screen uses your latest completed diagnosis and shows the Score Geral (Overall score), a Gráfico Radar (Radar chart) with every pillar and the Detalhamento por Pilar (Breakdown by pillar), with each pillar's points and zone. Without a completed diagnosis, it asks you to finish the diagnosis first.

The Progress screen shows where your business stands, pillar by pillar, based on the LUME mentoring diagnosis. It lives in the Resultados (Results) app, next to the Results report, and it's the quickest way to see where the business is strong and where it needs action. Progress is part of the mentoring program: it isn't included in the Essential, Growth or Complete plans, and the team turns it on for mentoring clients.

The menu item is called Progress in English, but the screen itself still shows Portuguese, so labels below appear in Portuguese with the English meaning in parentheses.

Step by step

  1. Open the app launcher (the nine dots at the top) and choose Resultados (Results).
  2. Click Progresso (Progress).
  3. Check the Score Geral (Overall score) at the top: the points your business scored in the diagnosis, out of the maximum possible, with a progress bar.
  4. Scroll to the Gráfico Radar (Radar chart) to compare every pillar at once.
  5. In Detalhamento por Pilar (Breakdown by pillar), read each pillar's points, its zone and the description of what it measures.
  6. Use the pillars marked Ação Imediata (Immediate action) to pick your next tasks with your mentor.

What each part of the screen shows

Overall score: the big number at the top is the total points from your latest completed diagnosis. Below it you'll see the maximum possible and a bar showing how much of the total you've reached.

Radar chart: each point of the chart is one business pillar. The farther from the center, the closer that pillar is to its maximum. A lopsided shape quickly shows which pillars are holding the business back.

Breakdown by pillar: one card per pillar, with its color, points scored out of points possible, a progress bar and a zone:

ZoneWhat it means
Ação Imediata (Immediate action)The pillar needs attention now
Planejar no Ciclo (Plan in the cycle)It goes into the mentoring cycle's plan
Manter / Monitorar (Maintain / Monitor)It's in good shape; keep an eye on it

When the screen is empty

If you haven't completed a diagnosis yet, the screen says "Complete o diagnóstico para visualizar seu progresso detalhado." (Complete the diagnosis to see your detailed progress.) The diagnosis lives in the Mentoring app; see the Mentoring section. For content production company accounts, the screen may show the Estrutura da conta (Account structure) instead, which tracks progress through the stages of the client's base mind map.

Progress vs. the Results report

Progress answers "how is the business structured right now?" The Results report answers "how did our marketing channels do this period?" They work together: the diagnosis points to what to fix, and the report shows whether that work shows up in the numbers. For the report, see How to create a marketing results report and the guide What is the LUME Hub Results app.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the Progress screen ask me to complete the diagnosis?

Because it only shows numbers from a completed diagnosis. Finish your mentoring diagnosis and come back: the screen will then show your score and pillars.

Is Progress included in the Essential, Growth or Complete plans?

No. Progress belongs to the LUME mentoring program and sits outside the three plans. Mentoring clients get the screen turned on by the team.

Does Progress update on its own over time?

It always shows your latest completed diagnosis. When a new diagnosis is completed, the screen switches to its numbers.

What's the difference between Progress and the Results report?

Progress looks at how your business is structured, pillar by pillar, based on the diagnosis. The Results report looks at your marketing channels over a period, with numbers and an AI-written analysis.
