LUME Mentoring app guide: assessment, brand brief, plan, roadmap and check-ins
Updated
Quick answer
The Mentorship app in LUME Hub is for people in the LUME mentoring program. It brings together the business assessment by pillar, the brand brief, the strategic content plan, a roadmap with your project milestones and a weekly check-in. Your mentor's tasks and released deliverables live in the Management app.
The Mentorship app is the LUME mentoring journey inside LUME Hub: from the business assessment to the content plan, with your project milestones and a weekly log. This guide covers who the app is for, what each screen does and the right order to get started.
Who is the Mentorship app for?
It's for people in the LUME mentoring program. The LUME team turns the app on for each mentee, and the screens you see depend on what was enabled for you. A regular LUME Hub plan (Essential, Growth or Complete) doesn't include it; to learn about the mentoring program, contact the LUME team.
A note on screen names
The app name and menu items are translated (Mentorship, Diagnostic, Brand briefing, Planning, Tasks, Deliverables). Most text inside these screens is still in Portuguese, so this guide gives each label exactly as shown, with a translation in parentheses.
How to open Mentorship
Two paths lead to the same screens:
- the nine-dot button at the top of the dashboard, which opens your app list: pick Mentorship;
- the side menu, under the mentoring screens (Diagnostic, Brand briefing, Planning, Roadmap and Check-ins).
The Mentorship home page shows what's waiting for you, this week's numbers and, under "Everything in Mentorship", every screen you have.
The Mentorship screens
| Screen | What it does |
|---|---|
| Diagnostic | The questionnaire by business pillar, with each pillar's score and your priorities |
| Brand briefing | Questions about your brand, split into blocks, that feed the plan |
| Planning | The strategic content plan: profiles, goals, personas, content pillars and schedule |
| Roadmap | Your project milestones with LUME, by phase, with status and dates |
| Check-ins | Your weekly log, with your mood and the tasks you finished |
The assessment comes first
The Diagnóstico Empresarial (business assessment) is a questionnaire where you rate each question from 1 to 5. When you finish, every pillar gets a score and a zone: "Ação Imediata" (act now), "Planejar no Ciclo" (plan this cycle) or "Manter / Monitorar" (keep and monitor). The screen then shows Prioridades do diagnóstico (assessment priorities), the pillars to focus on next.
Finishing the assessment also sets up your deliverables: Panorama Geral (overview), Diagnóstico Completo (full assessment), Roadmap 90 Dias (90-day roadmap) and an action plan for each pillar. AI writes the draft, and your mentor reviews and releases it. See how to complete the business assessment.
Brand brief and marketing plan
The Brand briefing asks about your public profile, positioning, persona, tone of voice, references, market and production routine. Your answers save as you type. See how to fill out the brand brief.
Once the assessment and the brief are done, the LUME team builds your Planejamento Estratégico (strategic plan): profiles, goals, personas, content pillars, a four-week schedule, tone of voice and references. You follow the finished document in the app. See how to use your marketing plan.
Roadmap and weekly check-in
The Roadmap shows project milestones grouped by phase, each with a status ("Planejado" planned, "Em andamento" in progress or "Concluído" done) and dates. Scheduled calls show the time. See how to follow your mentoring roadmap.
In Check-ins, you log how the week went: your mood, from "Difícil" (tough) to "Incrível" (amazing), plus notes. The Hub counts the tasks you finished on its own. See how to do a weekly check-in.
Tasks and deliverables live in the Management app
Your mentoring Tasks and the Deliverables your mentor released are in the Management app, alongside the rest of your business routine:
- in Tasks, every action in the plan is worth points; filter by status and pillar and check off what you finished;
- in Deliverables, you'll find the documents, plans and materials your mentor released, in a searchable library.
For step-by-step help with those screens, see the Management section.
The order to get started
- Finish the Diagnostic.
- Answer the Brand briefing.
- Follow the Planning and Roadmap once the team publishes them.
- Work through your tasks and log one check-in a week.
Posts that come out of the plan go to the editorial calendar, which has its own section: see Content.
Frequently asked questions
Who gets the Mentorship app in LUME Hub?
People in the LUME mentoring program. The LUME team turns the app on for each mentee. It isn't part of the Essential, Growth or Complete plans and can't be bought on the website.
Is the assessment score given by AI?
No. Each pillar's score comes from your answers to the questionnaire. AI comes in afterward to draft the deliverables, which your mentor reviews before releasing them to you.
Do I create my own mentoring tasks?
No. Tasks come from your mentor and the mentoring plan. You mark each one as done on the Tasks screen, in the Management app, and earn points.
Where do I start?
With the Diagnostic. It shows where your business stands in each pillar and feeds the deliverables, the plan and the tasks. Then answer the Brand briefing.
Where are the materials my mentor released?
On the Deliverables screen, in the Management app. It lists the documents, plans and materials your mentor released, with search.
