How to use your strategic content marketing plan in LUME Mentoring
Updated
Quick answer
Open Planning in the Mentorship app. The LUME team builds the document with AI from your assessment, your brand brief and your posts. It brings together profiles, goals, personas, content pillars, a four-week schedule, tone of voice, references and strategic notes, so you know what to publish next.
The strategic plan is the document that guides your content during mentoring. The screen calls it a "living document": it captures who your audience is, what you want to achieve and what to post over the next few weeks.
Who builds the strategic plan?
The LUME team builds it with AI, combining three sources: your business assessment, your brand brief and signals from your Instagram. You don't have to write the plan yourself. Your job is to keep the assessment and the brief complete and to follow the document once it's published.
Labels on this screen are in Portuguese; each one appears below as shown, with a translation.
Step by step
- In the Mentorship app, open Planning. The screen is titled Planejamento Estratégico (strategic plan).
- Check the notice at the top. If you haven't done the assessment, it says Faça o diagnóstico primeiro (do the assessment first) or Conclua seu diagnóstico (finish your assessment), with a button to start or continue. Once it's done, the Baseado no seu diagnóstico (based on your assessment) block lists the pillars in the action zone that should guide your next posts.
- If you see Planejamento em preparação (plan in progress), use the three cards to unlock it: Abrir diagnóstico (open assessment), Abrir briefing (open brief) and Abrir cockpit (open cockpit), which takes you to your Instagram insights.
- Once the document is published, read the title and summary at the top, then the sections from top to bottom.
- Use Cronograma · 4 Semanas (four-week schedule) to see each week's goal and number of posts.
The sections of the plan
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Perfis (profiles) | The social media profiles in the plan |
| Objetivos (goals) | What your content needs to achieve |
| Personas | Who you're talking to, with a description of each persona |
| Pilares de Conteúdo (content pillars) | The themes behind your posts |
| Cronograma · 4 Semanas (schedule) | Each week's goal and post count |
| Distribuição (distribution) | How the posts are split |
| Tom de Voz (tone of voice) | How your brand sounds |
| Benchmarks & Referências | Reference accounts and brands |
| Inspirações de Conteúdo (content ideas) | Post ideas to draw from |
| Análise Competitiva (competitive analysis) | What competitors are doing |
| Observações Estratégicas (strategic notes) | Notes from the team about the plan |
Sections show up as the team fills them in. If the document exists but is still empty, the screen shows Conteúdo em preparação (content in progress).
How the plan connects to the rest of mentoring
The plan starts from the priorities in your business assessment and the voice you described in your brand brief. Project milestones live in the Roadmap: see how to follow your mentoring roadmap.
Posts that come out of the plan are organized in the editorial calendar. To schedule, approve and produce them, see the Content section.
