How to follow your mentoring roadmap in LUME Hub
Updated
Quick answer
Open Roadmap in the Mentorship app. It shows your project milestones with LUME grouped by phase, each with a status (Planejado, Em andamento or Concluído), a description and dates. Calls appear with the day and time. The mentoring team adds and updates the milestones; you follow along.
The Roadmap is your project timeline with LUME. It shows the mentoring milestones phase by phase and where each one stands, so you know what's done, what's happening now and what comes next.
What is the mentoring roadmap?
A roadmap is a map of the path ahead: a project's stages in order, with dates. In LUME Mentoring, each stage is a milestone, such as delivering your brief or a check-in call. The mentoring team adds and updates the milestones; you follow them on the Roadmap screen, which describes itself as "Cronograma e marcos do seu projeto com a Lume" (timeline and milestones of your project with LUME).
Step by step
- In the Mentorship app, open Roadmap.
- Look at the phases. Milestones are grouped under each phase name, in project order. Milestones without a phase go under Geral (general).
- For each milestone, read the title, the description and the status tag on the right.
- Check the dates under each milestone: the start date, the time (for calls) and the end date when a milestone spans more than one day.
- Come back after each call: the team updates milestone statuses as the project moves forward.
Milestone statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Planejado (planned) | The milestone hasn't started |
| Em andamento (in progress) | The milestone is happening now |
| Concluído (done) | The milestone was delivered |
If the screen shows Roadmap em construção (roadmap under construction), the milestones haven't been added yet. It says they'll appear soon.
Roadmap, 90-day roadmap and content plan
These are three different things that work together:
- Roadmap (this screen): project milestones and calls, with dates;
- Roadmap 90 Dias (90-day roadmap): a written deliverable prepared after the assessment and released by your mentor on the Deliverables screen in the Management app (see the Management section);
- Planejamento Estratégico (strategic plan): your content plan, with personas, pillars and a posting schedule. See how to use your marketing plan.
To log how each week went between milestones, use the check-in: see how to do a weekly check-in. For the full picture, read the LUME Mentoring app guide.
