How to schedule a CAPI AI design on Instagram (and download or delete it)

Quick answer
To schedule a CAPI AI design on Instagram, open the Galeria (gallery) tab, click the design and then Agendar no Instagram (schedule on Instagram). Pick the type (carousel, feed post or story), review the caption, set the publish time and click Agendar (schedule), or Publicar agora (publish now). Instagram must be connected under Automações, Connections.
The CAPI AI Galeria (gallery) keeps the designs and carousels you created. From there you download, delete and send them to Instagram, either right away or at a set time.
Before you start
- The Instagram account must be professional and connected under Automações → Connections. Without a connection, the window says no Instagram account is connected and points you there. Details are in the Presence section.
- Only Instagram formats can be scheduled: carousel, feed portrait, feed square and story.
Step by step
- Open Content → CAPI AI and click the Galeria tab.
- Click the design or carousel (carousels appear as one card with the page count).
- Click Agendar no Instagram (schedule on Instagram). The window shows which account it will publish to.
- Under Tipo (type), choose Carrossel (carousel), Post no feed (feed post) or Story. In a carousel, feed post publishes only the current page.
- Review the Legenda (caption). If the design came from an Execution kit script, the post's caption is already there.
- Under Publicar em (publish at), set the date and time (the default is the next full hour) and click Agendar (schedule). To post right away, click Publicar agora (publish now).
What happens after scheduling?
The Hub confirms the piece will publish on its own at that time and tells you where to track it: Automações → Posts. There you can change the time, publish early or cancel. If the design is linked to a calendar post, that post is marked as published when it goes live.
How to download designs
In the design window, click Baixar (download), or Baixar esta página (download this page) in a carousel. For the whole carousel, click Baixar todas (.zip) (download all). The .zip contains every page in order.
How to delete a design
In the design window, click Excluir (delete), or Excluir o carrossel for a carousel, and confirm. The design is removed from the gallery and storage, and this can't be undone. Deleting does not refund the Capi Coins used.

Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see the schedule on Instagram button?
It only shows for Instagram formats: carousel, feed portrait, feed square and story. Thumbnails, covers and vertical banners can't be scheduled. A carousel needs at least 2 pages.
Is the caption filled in for me?
If the design was created from an Execution kit script, the post's caption is filled in. Otherwise you get the description or carousel topic to edit.
Can I publish just one page of a carousel?
Yes. Under type, choose feed post: the Hub publishes only the page that is open. For the whole carousel, choose carousel.
Can I undo deleting a design?
No. The design is removed from the gallery and from storage. Download it first if you want to keep a copy.
