How to create an Instagram post with AI using CAPI AI

To create an Instagram post with AI in LUME Hub, open Content, then CAPI AI, and pick a format such as Feed Retrato (portrait) or Story. Describe the design, put the text that must appear in quotation marks, attach your logo or a photo and click Gerar arte (generate design). Then download it or schedule it from the gallery.
CAPI AI creates the whole design from a description: background, elements, your logo and the text already written in. This tutorial shows how to create a single design, such as a feed post, a story or a YouTube thumbnail.
Step by step
- In the Content app, click CAPI AI and stay on the Criar arte (create design) tab.
- Pick a format: Feed Retrato (portrait), Feed Quadrado (square), Story, Thumbnail, Capa (cover) or Banner Vertical. To change it later, click Trocar formato (change format).
- If the design is for a calendar post, choose the script under Roteiro do Kit de Execução. The post's text fills the description. To start without a script, leave Criar do zero (from scratch).
- Under Descreva a arte (describe the design), give the style, colors and elements, and put each piece of text that must appear in quotation marks.
- Under Imagens, click Adicionar logo ou foto (add logo or photo) for what should be in the design, and Adicionar referência (add reference) for designs that serve as inspiration. Tag each image as Logo or Foto (photo).
- Click Gerar arte · 1 moeda (generate design, 1 coin). While Capi draws, the screen says it is drawing. When it's done, the Hub confirms the design is ready and 1 coin was used.
What can I do with the finished design?
- Baixar arte (download design): saves the file to your computer.
- Gerar de novo (generate again): creates another version from the same description (uses 1 more coin).
- Ajustar (adjust): goes back to the description so you can change the request and generate again.
The design is also saved in the Galeria (gallery), where you can schedule it on Instagram.
How do I write a good description?
The description box shows the pattern: say the topic, style, colors and elements, and put the text in quotes. For example: a post saying "WINTER SALE" on a blue gradient background, modern style, with snowflake icons. The more detail, the better. Últimos briefings (recent briefs) are saved as shortcuts in this browser; Limpar (clear) empties the list.

How do I get the text right on the design?
Put the text in quotation marks in the description. Anything in quotes is written on the design exactly as typed, accents included.
Does generating again cost a coin?
Yes. For a single design, generating again creates a new design and uses 1 more Capi Coin. Only in carousels is regenerating a page free.
Can I edit the design once it's done?
You can't edit inside the image. The Ajustar (adjust) button takes you back to the description: change the request and generate again.
How many images can I attach?
Up to 3 images that appear in the design, such as a logo and photos, and up to 2 style references. Each image can be up to 5 MB, as JPG, PNG or WEBP.
