How to save and organize content ideas in the Idea Bank

The Idea Bank is where you capture an idea the moment it shows up: a line, a link, a screenshot, a reference video or a voice note recorded on the go. Ideas live in folders, in a conversation with yourself, so you can come back to them when planning content.

Where is the Idea Bank?

In the Content app, under Ideas. It's included in the Essential plan and up. Your account starts with a folder called Minhas Ideias (my ideas).

Step by step

1. Open Content → Ideas. The list shows your folders.
2. To create a folder, click + (Nova pasta, new folder), give it a short name such as Reels ideas and click Salvar (save).
3. Open the folder and type in the Guarde uma ideia... (save an idea) box. Enter sends; Shift+Enter adds a new line.
4. To attach a file, click the paperclip (Anexar arquivo, attach file) and pick an image, video or document.
5. To record a voice note, click the microphone (Gravar audio, record audio), speak and click Finalizar e enviar (finish and send). You can pause or cancel the recording.
6. To change an idea, open its menu: Copiar mensagem (copy), Editar (edit) or Excluir (delete).

How do I organize folders?

From each folder's menu, use Fixar no topo (pin to top), Renomear (rename) or Arquivar (archive). Archived folders go to Arquivadas, where Restaurar (restore) brings them back. Your account must always keep at least one active folder.

What are the attachment limits?

What if I'm offline?

The Idea Bank keeps accepting text and links. They're queued and sent when the connection comes back. Attachments and audio need internet to upload.

How do I turn an idea into a post?

In agency accounts allowed to edit the calendar, the idea's menu has Virar conteúdo (turn into content). Fill in the post title, the format (Reels / video, carousel, static or story) and, optionally, a date, then click Criar pauta (create post). The Hub confirms the idea became content: the post lands on the calendar at the script stage. In other accounts, copy the idea's text and create the post on the calendar; see the Content section.

What is the Idea Bank's Leads item?

In Leads e convites (leads and invitations), you create a public invite link that gives other people a free Idea Bank of their own, or grant someone access manually. To create the link, your account needs a username in your profile. For the other visual tools, see the Boards app guide.
