How to use the LUME Hub online whiteboard

To use the LUME Hub online whiteboard, open the Boards app and click Whiteboard. Pick a tool such as brush, highlighter, text, rectangle or arrow, set the color and thickness and start drawing. The whiteboard saves automatically after every change, and the Exportar PNG (export PNG) button downloads your drawing as an image.
The Whiteboard is LUME Hub's online whiteboard: a free space to draw, write and sketch ideas, like a chalkboard. It saves automatically and exports your drawing as PNG.
Step by step
- Open the Boards app and click Whiteboard.
- Pick a tool on the toolbar: Pincel (B) (brush), Marca-texto (H) (highlighter), Borracha (E) (eraser), Texto (T) (text), Retângulo (R) (rectangle), Círculo (O) (circle), Linha (L) (line) or Seta (A) (arrow).
- Click the color to choose a pen color or a custom color, and adjust the thickness and opacity.
- Draw on the board. Holding Shift makes the rectangle a square and the circle perfectly round.
- Under Fundo (background), pick a quick style such as cream grid, cream lined or chalkboard, or build your own with a free color and a pattern (plain, grid, lined or dotted).
- To download, click the export icon in the header (Exportar PNG, export PNG). The file is named after the board.

The mouse wheel over the board also changes the eraser size.
How do I manage several whiteboards?
Open Lista de quadros (board list) to create a new board, duplicate or delete one. Rename a board right in the header. You must keep at least one board.
How do I clear and start over?
Click Limpar (clear) and confirm. This erases the whole drawing on the open board, but you can undo it with Ctrl+Z. To start fresh without losing the current one, create another board.
How do I move around the board?
Tela cheia (full screen) uses the whole screen, and you can exit it the same way. On a touch device, drag with two fingers to pan; Recentrar (recenter) resets the view.

Frequently asked questions
Does the whiteboard have sticky notes?
No. The tools are brush, highlighter, eraser, text, rectangle, circle, line and arrow. For cards and sticky-note style ideas, use the kanban or the Idea Bank.
Can I add images to the whiteboard?
No. The whiteboard is for drawing and text. To lay out something with images, use the funnel blocks in Mind map.
I cleared everything by mistake. Can I get it back?
Yes. The clear dialog notes you can undo with Ctrl+Z. Press Ctrl+Z right away.
Can I have more than one whiteboard?
Yes. From the board list you can create, duplicate or delete boards. You must keep at least one.
