LUME Office AI team: what it is and how the live AI agents office works
Updated
Quick answer
AI Team is the LUME Hub app that shows the LUME Office, LUME's own team of AI agents working live. On your dashboard you see each agent, their role and whether they're working right now. The agents belong to LUME and aren't for sale, and only people invited to the office can send them requests.
AI Team is the LUME Hub app that holds the LUME Office: a 3D office with the AI agents who work for LUME, each one at their own desk. This guide covers what the screen shows, who works there, what each status means and how their work reaches you.
Who is AI Team for?
AI Team is open to every LUME Hub account. It sits on the LUME-branded dashboard, outside your plan's modules. There are two exceptions: the LUME Office is hidden on white-label dashboards, because it belongs to the LUME brand, and it doesn't show for guests who only sign in to approve videos.
The agents are LUME's own working team. They aren't for sale and aren't set up per customer. In LUME Hub, the screen lets you meet that team and see who is working right now.
A note on labels
The office scene and its cards are in Portuguese even when your app is in English. This article quotes each label exactly as it appears, with a translation in parentheses.
Where to open the LUME Office
There are two ways in:
- the side menu, under LUME Office;
- the nine-dot button at the top, which opens your app list: pick AI Team.
On the screen, the Tela cheia (Full screen) button opens the office in a new tab that fills the whole screen. While the scene loads, you'll see "Abrindo o escritório…" (Opening the office).
What you see on screen
The office shows up in 3D, with the team and the furniture. At the top, a summary says how many AI agents there are and how many are working right now. At the bottom, a strip lists every agent's name with a colored dot.
- Drag the scene to rotate the camera.
- Use the mouse wheel, or pinch on a phone, to zoom in or out.
- Tap an agent, in the scene or on their name in the strip, to open a card with their name, role, status and what they do.
Agents who are free wander the room: grabbing coffee, chatting or standing at the whiteboard. That's just scenery; the card shows the real status.
Who works in the office
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Operations director | Hands out the team's tasks and checks every delivery |
| Office assistant | Handles the calendar, reminders and messages |
| Social media manager | Plans, writes and schedules Instagram posts |
| Video editor | Cuts, captions and finishes videos |
| Marketing specialist | Reads Google and ad numbers and suggests changes |
| Finance | Keeps cash flow, bills and the month-end close in order |
| Automations | Builds automations and AI chat assistants |
| Content strategist | Researches trends and builds the content plan |
| Developers | Build LUME Hub and clients' websites and systems |
Each agent has a name, like Lara, the social media manager, and Sofia, the office assistant. Names appear on the card and in the bottom strip.
What each status means
| Status | Dot color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Trabalhando agora (Working now) | Green | The agent is on a request; a speech bubble shows the kind of task |
| Esperando uma aprovação (Waiting for approval) | Amber | The agent stopped before an action and is waiting for someone to approve it |
| Disponível (Available) | Gray | The agent is free |
The showcase checks statuses every 15 seconds. More detail in how to track what your AI agents are doing.
What the showcase doesn't show
The showcase is open to everyone in the Hub, so it shows very little on purpose: name, role, a generic line about the job and the status. It never shows clients, conversations, files or anyone's request queue.
Who can send requests
Requests are sent in the cloud office at escritorio.wearelume.com.br, LUME's team workspace. You sign in there with your LUME Hub email and password, but only if the office owner invited you. Each person has a level per agent: Ver (View), Mandar (Send) or Autorizar (Approve). The walkthrough is in how to send a request to an AI agent.
How the agents' work reaches you
When LUME handles part of your work, the agents' output shows up on your dashboard. Two real examples:
- Videos to edit: edit requests from the team appear on the LUME Cortex screen, under "Pedidos de edição da equipe" (Edit requests from the team), with who asked and the status. See the LUME Cortex section.
- Instagram posts: the social media agent drafts a post proposal and only schedules it after someone with permission approves. Scheduled posts go to the Instagram account connected to the Hub. See the Instagram automations section.
