How to track what your AI agents are doing in the LUME Office

Updated

Quick answer

In LUME Hub, open the LUME Office and tap an agent to see whether they're working, waiting for approval or available. In the cloud office, invited people see each agent's status, queue, chat replies and approval requests, with alerts when an agent finishes or hits an error.

You can follow LUME's AI agents in two places: the LUME Office showcase inside LUME Hub, which every account can see, and the cloud office, where invited people follow requests up close. This tutorial covers both. Labels are quoted as they appear, in Portuguese, with a translation.

In the LUME Hub showcase

The showcase shows each agent's status, without client details:

StatusDotMeaning
Trabalhando agora (Working now)GreenOn a request; the speech bubble names the kind of task, like editing a video
Esperando uma aprovação (Waiting for approval)AmberStopped before an action and waiting for someone to approve
Disponível (Available)GrayFree

The summary at the top counts how many agents are working right now, and statuses refresh on their own every 15 seconds.

Step by step

  1. In LUME Hub, open LUME Office from the side menu, or pick AI Team from your app list (the nine-dot button).
  2. Check the dot next to each name in the bottom strip: green, amber or gray.
  3. Tap the agent, in the scene or in the strip, to open the card with their role, status and job.
  4. If you were invited to the cloud office, go to escritorio.wearelume.com.br and click 👥 Funcionários (Staff) to see everyone's status in a list.
  5. Open the agent's chat to read replies and answer approval requests.

In the cloud office

Invited people see more. Each card in the list shows a status:

  • Livre (Free): no request.
  • Trabalhando (Working): with the current activity and, if any, the queue ("+1 na fila", +1 in queue).
  • Precisa de autorização (Needs approval): stopped and waiting for someone to allow it.
  • Terminou (Done): delivered the request.
  • Deu erro (Error): something failed; open the chat to read what happened.

Cards that need you (approval, error or an unread message) move to the top of the list, and the 👥 Funcionários button shows how many there are. A small badge on the card counts the messages you haven't read.

If you can send requests to that agent, the office shows an on-screen alert with a beep when the agent finishes, hits an error or needs approval. If the tab is hidden and your browser allows notifications, the alert arrives as a notification; clicking it opens the chat.

When an agent asks for approval

Before a risky action, the agent stops and shows in the chat what it wants to do. People with the Autorizar (Approve) level see three buttons:

  • Autorizar e continuar (Approve and continue): allows exactly that action.
  • Liberar tudo nesta demanda (Allow everything in this request): allows any action until the request ends; the office asks you to confirm first.
  • Recusar (Decline): the agent doesn't take the action.

Everyone else reads "Esperando alguém com permissão de autorizar" (Waiting for someone with permission to approve). Who has each level is explained in how to send a request to an AI agent.

Work that reaches your dashboard

When LUME's team edits a video for you, the request shows on the LUME Cortex screen, in the "Pedidos de edição da equipe" (Edit requests from the team) card, with its status (Novo, Em edição, Pronto or Cancelado: new, editing, ready or canceled) and the name of who asked. See the LUME Cortex section.

To meet the agents and their roles, go back to the AI Team guide. If the showcase won't load, see LUME Office not showing or not loading.

Frequently asked questions

What does Waiting for approval mean?

The agent stopped before an action that needs permission and is waiting for someone with the Autorizar (Approve) level to allow or decline it. Until then, that request doesn't move forward.

Do I get an alert when an agent finishes?

In the cloud office, yes, if you can send requests to that agent: an on-screen alert with a beep shows when the agent finishes, hits an error or needs approval. With the tab hidden and browser notifications allowed, it arrives as a notification.

Can the LUME Hub showcase show what an agent is doing for a client?

No. The showcase only shows the status and a generic line, such as preparing the week's posts. Clients, conversations and the queue never appear.

Where do I see the videos the team sent to be edited for me?

On the LUME Cortex screen in LUME Hub, in the Pedidos de edição da equipe (Edit requests from the team) card. Each request shows its title, status and who asked.
