How to start using LAWD Assistant, LUME's AI assistant

To use LAWD Assistant, get a LUME Account (a free LAWD Mail works), subscribe to LAWD for R$ 39.90 a month in your LUME Account at lumehub.me, and open LAWD in your browser or in the LAWD app, signing in with the same account. Then just type what you need.
Before your first chat with LAWD Assistant you need two things: a LUME Account and the LAWD subscription. With both in place, LAWD opens in your browser or in the LAWD app, always with the same account. If you want to understand what it does first, read What is LAWD Assistant. The app screens are in Portuguese, so labels appear in quotes with their meaning.
What you need
- A LUME Account. It is the same account you use for LUME Hub, LAWD Mail and LUME Land. If you don't have one, create a free LAWD Mail address, which becomes your account. See the LAWD Mail section.
- The LAWD subscription. R$ 39.90 (Brazilian reais) a month, in your LUME Account at lumehub.me. It includes LAWD Assistant and LAWD Browser.
- A device. Any web browser opens LAWD. The LAWD app runs on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), on Macs with Apple silicon and macOS 14 or newer, and on Android.
Step by step
- Get your LUME Account. Create a free LAWD Mail at mail.lawd.me/criar or use the LUME Hub account you already have.
- Subscribe to LAWD. Sign in to your LUME Account at lumehub.me/dashboard/conta and subscribe to LAWD, R$ 39.90 a month, next to your other subscriptions.
- Open LAWD. In your browser, go to lawd.me and use "Abrir a LAWD no navegador" (Open LAWD in the browser). If you prefer the app, install it by following How to download and install LAWD Browser.
- Sign in with the same account. Use your LUME Account email and password. In the app, once you sign in on one device, the others already know who you are.
- Ask your first question. Type, for example, "Quais tarefas eu tenho para hoje?" (Which tasks do I have today?) and read the answer built from your LUME Hub account.

After your first chat

The subscription includes up to 100 questions a day. To cancel, go to your LUME Account, the same place where you subscribed. Billing and cancellation are covered in the Account and billing section.
